1. The readablity for the size is much better IMHO due to the white numerals on black background.
2. They are ⅒ of the price!
Also they (and the Flik Flaks) are far, far superior to kids watches that do not clearly label the minutes, since kids can struggle with this at the beginning.
What is really nice here is that each hand points directly the relevant numberals and optimally uses all the space.
