"KDE software is literally given away for free; it’s a gift. And the social contract for receiving a gift is that you show appreciation for it and for the person who gave it to you."
This is why I advocate for #PayForFreeSoftware, yes you give money for your software, but in exchange tour relationship with developers changes and you are a contributor who should be respected as one.
