the thing I'm wondering about is the amount. Most people I talked to receive a handful of those every now and then. According to my filter log I'm currently at ~1k a day. And all of them go to either my generic devnull@ trash collector, or the one I used for Tunngle signup about two decades ago, no others.. even though the usual "leak" collections would have many more of my emails. I don't get it.
