The second account you tagged has no profile metadata on the relays I checked, so I can't tell which app it is. Which one is it, and on Android or iOS?
If it's a remote signer (NIP-55, like Amber), that would fit the pattern: Amethyst asks the signer to sign and decrypt as soon as it opens, so the crash would happen inside the signer, not in Amethyst. Either way, the exception will tell: on Android, right after the crash, `adb logcat -b crash -d` prints the stack trace. With that line, the developer can usually find it fast.
