Yet another reason to give blood: the man at the donor centre just told me my iron levels were ‘perfect’ - I’ve been having a bad few days so the validation of this was exactly what I needed. Yes, I am pathetic and worthless.
BUT at least my iron levels are perfect so maybe someone else can use some of my iron-y blood.
