So, to summarize:
I'm not worried about claiming my kid's "Trump Account" to close it because I can see that the #trump admin hasn't officially opened an account up in my kid's name (I would have to fill out IRS form 4547, which I didn't do at tax time, and won't do now).
It seems they needed to "enroll" #children to get Dell's contribution, and also to hype the #TrumpAccounts up – all parents have to do is claim them & watch the free money grow, yipee! (🙄)
