This #NZPol coalition of corruption continues to make extremely dangerous, immoral and illegal decisions by supporting US and Israel’s illegal war on #Iran.
For anyone unfamiliar with international law, according to the Nuremberg Tribunal the “crime of aggression” is considered the ultimate #WarCrime.
For this #Aotearoa #NewZealand government to blatantly abandon its responsibilities to uphold international law heads should roll.
There’s already action being taken by The #Palestine Solidarity Network Aotearoa (PSNA) who have filed a 103-page referral to the International Criminal Court in #TheHague.
The group has accused four New Zealand government ministers and two business leaders of criminal complicity in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and #genocide due to alleged contributions to Israel's actions in Gaza. A referral is a request for the ICC Prosecutor to open an investigation, not an immediate trial or court charge against the state itself.
This criminally complicit government is now victim blaming #Iran for the illegal war that #US and #Israel started.
NZ needs to throw these war criminals out and restore NZ’s once proud moral independence on the world stage.
