We sold our home and settled on April 10th. I just got a rates notice from the council. Contacted the Conveyancer and…. It currently takes ~4 months for the Land Titles Office to process changes of ownership.
This government can’t even manage a simple, time sensitive process but it will apparently be able to manage the development, budget, construction and operation of a >$1B stadium that we don’t need, has been stated by the Consultency firm the government appointed as not being financially viable.
