During their free time, our children at Orphans of Uganda Children Center enjoy sitting together, sharing simple stories, having friendly conversations, laughing, and listening to one another. These little moments help them build friendships, strengthen their bond as brothers and sisters, and create beautiful memories together.
Life is not only about studying, eating, or working hard for a better future. Children also need time to relax, share their thoughts, express their feelings, and enjoy being children. Every conversation gives them a chance to learn something new, understand one another, and feel that they belong to a family.
As we continue caring for these children, we believe that love is not only shown through the food we provide or the education we give, but also through the time we spend together. Sometimes, a simple story, a shared laugh, or someone willing to listen can make a child feel loved and valued.
They may not have everything they dream of today, but we continue doing our best to give them something priceless: a place where they can feel safe, loved, heard, and accepted. ❤️
