I read the article and some things stand out to me.
1. They are subsuming the credibility of the institution to do a bait and switch and get funding and credibility for their private projects, exactly how Freedom 250 subsumed and stole funding that was meant for America 250
2. The article mentioned Epstein only briefly but i think that influence network is still very active and probably at work here
3. They're giving US Republican canned DARVO style denialisms where nothing has to make sense, they just have to be forceful and disgusting in their willful ignorance
