Trying to get the most out of my knees, and I paid off my deductible, so I made an appointment to get them looked at. I was told that all expenses would be told to me before I get X-rays/mris but no, just heading straight to imaging. Earlier this year I had two skin checks that took all my deductible, surprise! Then there was the dentist who promised it’d be under $400, but insurance wouldn’t pay “out of network.”
I try to be proactive with my healthcare but it feels like everything is outside coverage. I’m so overwhelmed and I’m not even dealing with anything serious.
