So the latest updates to #MacOS has made #Spotlight into a Safari and file-content all-in-one search box. I no longer can start typing the name of *any* app (e.g. Bloom, DeltaChat) and be guaranteed that they will show up in the list so I can press return. It means I have to use the mouse more, or discover a magic word in spotlight which isn't obvious. In any case, the regression requires dexterity and sight acuity. I have to mouse to the dock or app folder. What a mess.
This is a case of adding features people don't necessary want while wiping out the features people love to use.
Not saying Windows is better, but macOS has definitely become worse, harder to use, and more difficult from an accessibility standpoint. WTF.
Hey #timcook!!!
#BoostingIsSharing
BTW, PLS don't suggest *nix. Ain't on the menu. My apps aren't there.
