Quote from Drop Site (@DropSiteNews):
💢 Hezbollah launched a wave of FPV drone strikes today against Israeli military positions near Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, a village overlooking the Litani River about 6 miles (9 km) southeast of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon, claiming multiple armored vehicles were hit.
Israeli forces have attempted to push into the area in recent weeks as fighting has intensified north of the Litani River.
Hezbollah statements claim:
➤ 1 Namer APC: burning
➤ 2 additional Namer APCs: hit
➤ 1 Merkava tank: burning
The Namer is one of Israel’s newest and most heavily armored troop carriers, built on the chassis of the Merkava tank and designed to transport infantry in high-threat combat zones.
🎥 Separately, Hezbollah released new footage showing the targeting of an Israeli Namer armored personnel carrier and an M113 troop carrier in the southern Lebanese town of Debel on May 31.
