So PPE-Medpro, the firm at the centre of accusations of mismanagement linked to Baroness Michelle Mone, will be compulsory wound up & liquidated, prompting an investigation into is failure which will undoubtedly focus on the damages (refund) awarded to the British Govt. for the supply of unusable PPE during the pandemic.
It will be interesting to read the Official Receivers' report in time, but the prospect of the Govt. recovering the money must by now be pretty low!
