At our regional Ren Faire, a few may judge you for the wrong colors or other simple variations. But at the same time, there will be people dressed as knights, fantasy barbarians, faeries and countless others. I've even seen Star Trek and Dr. Who cosplay. :) It's all good!
After all, half the people or more will be like I was for decades, just wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I'm better now.
