On the 20th, I restart Qigong classes for seniors across the whole municipality of Albufeira-Algarve. Tuesday to Thursday, 10 classes in total, with around 200 to 250 students enrolled across the 10 Qigong activities. Wow, I’m excited for a new cycle! And that’s not counting the classes I teach outside Albufeira and the massages that keep coming in. I’ll need to find the energy for all of this. 😅
