RT: @meganekenyon 🟢The Greens are using day 2 of their conference to take Labour on on another issue: water.
Dep leader, Rachel Millward will announce later today in her speech to members, Green Plans to bring failing water companies into public ownership through special administration.
She will describe Andy Burnham’s 10 year plan as “gentle threats and vague notions of control” and say they are “not enough”.
Millward is due to speak at 10.15
