My "better half" is out at a dinner for her association, so I make stuff she wouldn't eat. I just made a killer black bean dip! Leftover red onion from the fridge, fried with old garlic, threw a small can of black beans in and added a little tomato sauce and some seasoning with "Mexican" hand written on it. Quantities? We don' need no stinkin'. Great with home made corn tortillas. I love improvising food, it's the next best thing to music.
