If you want an rss feed from someone's Mastodon account, go to their profile, copy the URL, and just add ".rss" to the end.
If you want an rss feed of someone's account that includes their replies to other people, go to their profile, copy the URL, and add "/with_replies.rss" to the end.
I haven't figured out if you can make an rss feed that includes boosts, but I'm not sure I'd want that anyway.
