Here is how dealing with my cable company went the last 2 days.
1. Damn my bill is getting high let me log into my account and see if there is anything I can do.
2. Click an offer to upgrade to gigabit connection and save $50 a month.
3. Get an email that says j/k about that price it’s actually $20 a month more.
4. Call company — decline an offer to biometric scan my voice.
5. No agents available schedule a call back for the next day
6. Actually we can do the orginal offer!
