Teenagers around the UK must be delighted with Ofcom's efforts to compile a comprehensive list of adult sites that do not perform effective age assurance and thus are easily available to under 18s.
In my youth we had to rely on the combination of knowing which newsagents didn't check age or having a friend who looked old enough (or was tall enough to reach the top shelf).
