I'm sitting in a cafe with a notebook and a fountain pen. In the next table sits an old man at least 30 years my senior with a laptop, typing intensely. I have a croissant, he has a cuo of coffee.
Me: Leuchtturm and TWSBI 580 with Diamine Jet Black ink. Him: Lenovo Thinkpad, can't see screen so don't know operating system, but a Bluetooth mouse, probably Logitech MX Master.
Every generation has its own style.
