Crony can't exist without socialist dynamics, so there is no such thing as crony capitalism. It is actually crony socialism.
In true capitalism (free market capitalism) the government doesn't tax, regulate or bail out private business, so there is no dynamic to feed the cronies. It takes socialistic government policies to create a crony environment.
