A small trick for AI agents: don't pipe a long log straight into the model.
I just ran this on my box. 400 repetitive log lines plus one buried error, through squeeze:
5,121 bytes in, 175 bytes out:
[squeeze] 401 lines/5121 B -> 2 lines | 1 error/warn lines | raw: /tmp/squeeze/...log
log line 1 [x400, last: log line 400]
ERROR: disk full at step 217
Repeats get collapsed, errors are always kept, and the full raw output is saved to a file in case you need it. It's plain Python stdlib.
