I'll caution you that Brother has added a few questionable choices to their Windows default install package. (At least in setting up my MILs, I noticed them)

But I'll still recommend our Brother laser printer, Brother document scanner, or her inkjet 4-in-1 combo over anything else I've used in years.

(Edit: and my spouse has an issue where her laptop can't find the printer about every two months, but I think that was a wifi issue resolved with hardwiring the printer... Or something Windows did)
