Love a factory tour. In lieu of a sugar refinery we did the Bundaberg Rum Distillery which was pretty good. Being a whisky nerd I'm not that fussed about rum, but it was fun, and we tasted some banana flavoured rum liqueuer which was delicious so bought a bottle for our daughter and SIL... it's apparently just like banoffee pie if served with cream, yum!!
