I run a PPQ mirror to ensure we have enough supply in the permissionless marketplace.
Yes, the prices are higher now, in the last week or so. That's because the demand is higher than supply. And Juraj (nprofile…4dda) 's node wasn't reachable by older routstrd clients due to model ID mismatch.
Prices are usually much lower than that. Hopefully soon people notice the demand here and spin up new nodes to fill that demand. That's just how markets work :)
"Avoid" on thefux is purely because Nostr relays deleted newer replaceable events. Its the most used node. It was updated day before yesterday.
