A slight update. We were released from the hospital with pretty much no answers. The MRI, EEG, and bloodwork came out clear. They have no real answer as to what may be happening. Since the major areas (heart and brain) have been ruled out, we can worry a little less. We still have a sleep study in December, but no other major tests or follow-up besides monitoring and updating the pediatrician.
My wife and I have come to the conclusion that having them poke and prod at our precious girl is way worse than whatever the hell is happening to her. We are kind of out of options, we will continue to monitor, pray, and have faith. I've taken this whole week off work, and am not sure what the bills of the future have in store. We will continue to trust God. Thank you all for any contributions and prayers. Anything helps.

I haven't been on #nostr in awhile. Things have been hectic the last few weeks. Something is wrong with my daughter. She is sleeping over 20 hours per day and the doctors don't know why. When she was born premature last year, they found a heart condition and had to do surgery. Everything seemed to be going smoothly and then this happened.
The doctors have run a battery of different tests. Now they want to do an MRI with sedation. We're hoping to find some answers.
There is no children's hospital where I live, so we have had to travel to another city to get any help. This is our third trip in four weeks. I have taken a lot of time off of work and will probably have to take off the rest of the week. I won't have enough vacation and sick hours to cover this week.
