“Writing programs should be no harder than writing a resume.”
Well, that wins the prize as the most glib statement I’ve seen in a while.
Resumes don’t have to work. Programs should. Does one have to seek an O(n) way to express an O(n^2) work experience?
It is suggested that today AI resume readers are consuming AI written resumes, so my observations from vetting resumes is quaint, yet here it is, 90% of resumes are written poorly with cliches and puffery.
So, resumes aren’t that easy.
