It churns a ton of tokens and then ends up asking me incredibly obvious questions that are practically implicit. /plan is like when you are unsure of what you want and you want the model to ask you questions. If you intent is already clear, /plan is just redundant.
I have no idea what /goal does, I imagine it's some type of looping feature. Almost everything seems like an innovative new way to waste tokens. Bruh, I $20. I just one shot everything on medium and iterate from there.
