The thing is (as we can see in Scandinavia) it is possible to move more towards the regulatory capitalist state - the difficulty in the UK is the debates about the possible are so shaped by financial interest & rich corporates (owners & top managers) that it is just ruled as non-sensical - so the real challenge is first to (re)shape the conversation about what the state's role in the economy *is*.... not easy to do, but a clear aim
