It's a good thing that Itch (itchio (npub1lu8…v9tm)) exists, but damn, some of the decisions they insist on for how the site functions make it impossible to take it serious as a game developer.
I've long argued why it's a travesty they refuse to have a wishlist button since it means there is simply no sensible call to action for games not yet released:
