Even in my cohort, our fat women *should* be able to afford it, but they shy away from the needles, can't maintain the discipline of dosing, complain about nebulous fibromyalgia side effects.... There are some success stories but unless they come up with an oral method I don't see it gaining huge, widespread market share.
