Even after years of taking cybersecurity training, today I fell for a socially engineered email scam that may have (probably) infected my computer.
It is a fake “invitation” to a party, one of those invitations that you click on to find out date, time, and place. It was from a friend who actually did invite me to a party later this month. Her email got hacked.
I am connected with literally thousands of people via email and won’t be able to reach everyone. Ugh!
