I mailed my arbitration demand to my insurance today. After almost 10 months since the hit-and-run collision, they've still failed to make a settlement offer that reflects the documentation I've submitted. It's been frustrating, but I've been careful and organized, and there are clear procedural problems in how the claim has been handled. I'm confident I'll end up with a far better outcome than what they've proposed. Insult to injury, indeed.
