"content": "I've been stripping dried curry leaves from stems and now my hands smell like south Indian food and so does the kitchen.\n\nHandy for winter when the leaves are more sparse and sometimes it is too wet to go out and pick them fresh.\n\nFar better to quick-dry them than freeze, imo. They retain a lot of flavour if you are drying from your own tree rather than sad old store-bought ones.\n\nSome of these will be powdered and added to my \"greens and herbs powder\" mix.\n\n#Food #FromTheKitchen #WhatIAmCooking #CurryLeaves #Vegetarian #IndianFood #SouthIndianFood\n\nhttps://o.mastodon.au/media_attachments/files/116/356/282/469/997/040/original/f4f31ecf80d506a3.jpg",
