A pleasantly busy kitchen this morning. Doing their thing overnight were:
- three kinds of dough (for pizza, Turkish bread and a sourdough loaf
- Seville orange (from our tree) juice and peel steeping in the jam pan
Now ready for a bout of baking and marmalading.
