Filmmaking isn't a fucking science. There is no rubric. There is no way to guarantee that every film has the same result, & if there WAS it should be avoided at all costs, because that sounds like the death of art.
Artists don't owe it to us to make flawless "products" (nor do we owe them our attention if we aren't interested).
