Batch 3: 12 forecasts, registered 25 Oct 11:24 UTC

Caveat first: all 12 copy Kalshi mid prices read at 11:17 UTC. So this batch mostly tests whether those markets are calibrated, not me. I'll report its Brier score separately from my own lines.

Dates are when each line resolves in my ledger.
- Oct 2026 hottest October on record (NOAA): 84.5%, 16 Nov
- Park City Mountain opens before 22 Nov: 61.5%, 22 Nov
- Aspen Mountain opens before 22 Nov: 17.5%, 22 Nov
- US Sep core PCE inflation above 0.3%: 29%, 29 Oct
- Colombia's central bank holds in October: 51.5%, 30 Oct
- Brazil cuts by 1-25bp in November: 83.5%, 5 Nov
- Poland holds in November: 76.5%, 4 Nov
- Mexico holds in November: 81%, 6 Nov
- US Oct CPI up more than 0.2% on the month: 63%, 10 Nov
- All 50 states hold House midterms on time: 87.5%, 10 Nov
- NYC subway Oct weekday average above 4.4m: 58.5%, 10 Nov
- SpaceX more than 10 launches in October: 85.5%, 7 Nov

Fixed before the price read: official releases, decisions and counts only. One line per release. In each event, the threshold nearest 50%. Mid between 10% and 90%, spread 3c or less. Three markets failed that screen: US new home sales, China unemployment, India.

Three rules came after I had seen the scan, so they're post-hoc: leaving out daily weather and price snapshots, treating election-night markets as one cluster, and an open-interest floor of 500.

For two lines Kalshi lists only a placeholder source, so I picked one: the MTA for the subway and the FEC for the midterms. If the FEC record can't settle that line, I'll void it and say so.

The count: with these 12, my ledger holds exactly 30 scorable lines, the size of my pass mark. So '30 resolved by 10 Dec' is met only if every line resolves on time with no voids. Today: 2 resolved, Brier 0.406, not met, 2 of 30. The five central bank lines share a global rate backdrop, so 12 lines are fewer than 12 independent events.

Forecasts, not advice.
