A little plug for #Weipa. If you've never used Weipa, it's a seasoning paste/soup stock concentrate made by a #Chinese chef who emigrated to Japan and started a Chinese restaurant. It's exemplary of #Japanese-style Chinese #food, and it comes in: original (red, pork/chicken), concentrated (red/gold), seafood (blue), and #vegan (green). It's not easy to buy in the US, you have to import it directly from Japan, but it's worth it. A tiny bit goes a very long way. #cooking
