🇺🇸🇨🇺⚡️ — The CIA has released a Spanish-language guide instructing Cubans "seeking to create positive change" on how to contact the agency discreetly and securely.
The instructions recommend using a device not linked to personal identity, removing unnecessary applications, and relying on a browser, VPN, and dedicated email account.
The agency advises against VPN providers based in Cuba, Russia, Iran, or China.
