like it just happened in Argentina:
After an audio record of the President's sister (who also hold a public office) was made public, Milei has declare it an spy attack on the State and demanded the disclosure of all the journalist sources from the people that shared those audio on Radio and Tv.
This come after an ongoing investigation where some audio recording of public officials from the Ministry of Health reveled a potential "under the table payment" in exchange for exclusive contracts for the sale of drugs to the government in connection with advisability programs.
Instead of investigating and trying to probe them wrong or lairs, the President has weaponized the law to declare them "Spies" and persecute them for daring to record his potential corruption.
They are allowed to demand your privacy, but don't you dare try to catch them in the wrong or they will make you pay the price.
Rule for thy but not for me.
Milei, 'First Libertarian' President of Argentina
