You might think that maintenance on a robotic telescope would be highly technical, but to be honest most of what I'm here to do this week is very, very basic IT support type stuff, at a level just above turnitoffandonagain (almost everything here can be remotely turnedoffandonagain, so I'm not needed here for that).
