He interfered with a rescue operation and endangered the life of a rescue worker.

He then mobilised thugs to clash with police at Gosport and stop the RNLI there.

If he and his goons are not prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, then the government is basically telling them that they can do whatever they want.
