Unresolved:
1, Because of this backorder situation, I had no control over the sourcing of this device. I cannot get anyone to tell me how to get the $750 credit that you are supposed to be able to get for these.
2. I was told I would get a final bill after the gas disconnection, but I haven't seen it yet. And I was told I don't have to pay for just having it still exist and not shut off under the street. But I've had mixed advice on that, so I'm not fully confident this is the real end.
