It seems very likely ICE/DHS are engaged in retaliation against observers.
This raises the question: how are people flagged within the software suite used by federal agents flagging and surfacing these targets?
There would likely be a feature (probably with a vague sounding name) used to track observers.
I'd love to see released documentation on this.
