There are things we all do to share the load on the farm. Rather than asking if something can be taken over to ease a perceived burden, those things are just reassigned or taken outright. It's not a big deal, but it feels like being forced out of our contribution.

To make things harder, another member (on the other side) has just come with their whole family and they're jumping in. It's great, but we have not discussed how harvest shares are (will?) change.
