So I email our sales rep for a SaaS platform we use about getting a quote to add a feature we now need,

"Oh, you have <tier x>, you should already have that feature."

What?

Turns out, we signed on to a pilot program where we paid $x/yr for _some_ features, but after the pilot program ended they just rolled that tier into the All-Bells-And-Whistles Tier _and didn't fcking tell anyone_.

And we didn't SEE the new features because their support bungled OUR account migration.
