I bought a second-hand Garmin watch - a Venu - and my stress graph indicates I'm stressed almost all day, every day, despite mostly doing relaxing low key things all week.
Folks with a Garmin smartwatch, is that normal? Apparently the only time I'm not stressed is when I'm sleeping.
