yes, i'll bet you do get v6 and that it's all dynamically done, changing with any regrooming/rebalancing they do of customers.

yes, verizon (and all consumer ISPs) tend to have zero clue of IPv6. what expertise they have is buried in backbone teams you'll never reach. and vzw/As701 chased away clue years ago.
